Made of heavy guage, commercially pure hard anodised aluminium metal, DAILYWARE™ tough, stable, non-toxic, non-staining and non- reactive with foods.
Just remove the label, wash the cookware, rinse and dry (no oil seasoning). Always mildly pre-heat the cookware at a low or medium heat, (never high)to attain the right cooking temperature. This is necessary in any cooking to facilitate easy release of food from the cookware. Excess heat and oil residue on your cookware can tend to cause food to stick. Proper cleaning of cookware will resist food sticking.
Refrigerating, and taking the chill out of the food Do not put the cookware in refrigerator for too many days.
Always allow cold food to rest for 10-15 minutes, to take off the chill, before heating. Avoid putting any chilled food item from the fridge directly for cooking.
DAILYWARE@ cookware can be used for oven cooking, after removing the bakelite handles. In case of non- detachable metal handles, always use hot pads to remove the cookware from the oven. Do not use in Microwave owens.
Smooth edged metal spatulas can be used (AVOID SHARP EDGED). Do not hit or dig spatula/spoon into cookware. Daliyware’s™ finish stays clean & smooth for years. Sharp edged metal spatulas/ spoons could cause scratches. However, scratches if any, will not affect its cooking performance. If you wish to keep Dailyware looking like new all the time, then use wooden or plastic spatulas/spoon.
To remove stubborn spots from DAILYWARE@use Scotch Brite or steel wool,or a medium-coarse scouring pad with light hand pressure. Allow hot cookware to cool before putting it directly under water. Wash the pan toroughly inside & out, after each use.
